Pay in the app
Guests pay by Apple Pay or card, plus a 3% processing fee on their side. They get a receipt and your address the moment it clears. CLIQ.RENT keeps a flat 10% and Stripe sends the rest to your bank — far less than the 15.5% Airbnb takes from a host.

An optional owner subscription that lets guests pay you directly with Venmo, Cash App or Apple Cash instead of the 10%. Opt-in, announced first, never retroactive.

Host FAQ
Who can see my home?
Only the people you add to one of its CLIQs, at the price you set for that circle. Nobody else can find it, search for it or open its page.
How do I get paid?
Connect your bank once through Stripe from your profile. When a guest pays, Stripe sends your share, the stay total minus 10%, to that bank account.
What does it cost?
Listing is free. CLIQ.RENT charges a flat 10% of each paid stay and adds nothing to the guest’s price. Founding Hosts credits come off that fee.
Can family pay less than friends?
Yes. Each circle has its own nightly price and its own dates on every home, and you can change any night from the calendar.
What if plans change?
Message your guest in the app. Refunds of rent are between you and your guest; the Terms describe how the fee is handled.
Do I need the app?
No. Everything works on cliq.rent. The iPhone app adds push notifications and the same Renting and Hosting switch.
