How it works

Open a CLIQ, not a marketplace.

CLIQ.RENT has two sides: owners who open their vacation homes to the people they trust, and guests who were invited. Here is each one, step by step.

Six steps, all from your phone.

Create your account

Sign in with Apple, Google or email and choose "I own a home". One account does both renting and hosting.

List your home

Describe it room by room with photos of each space, the basics and your house rules. It stays private.

Open a CLIQ

Switch Family, Friends or Acquaintances on for that home and give each its own nightly price and dates.

Invite people

By email, or share an invite link in iMessage or WhatsApp. They land in the CLIQ you chose.

Accept requests

Guests request the nights they want and see the total. You accept or decline, then message them in the app.

Get paid

Guests pay by Apple Pay or card. CLIQ.RENT keeps 10% and Stripe sends the rest to your bank.

    Get invited

    An owner adds you to one of their CLIQs. You get an email or a link.

    Sign in with the invited email

    Use the exact email address your host invited. The homes shared with you appear, at your CLIQ’s price.

    Request to book

    Pick your dates and see the total, priced night by night from the host’s calendar. No applications, no paperwork.

  4. 4

    Pay and go

    Once the owner accepts, pay in the app with Apple Pay or a card. Check-in details arrive in Messages.

Principles

What never changes.

Private by default

There is no public search and no public listing page. A home is invisible to anyone outside its CLIQs: not indexed, not discoverable, not visible to anyone who has not been invited.

Consent, both ways

Guest profiles are visible only to owners who invited them. Every share is time-stamped and revocable.

Fair housing

CLIQ.RENT is built for genuinely private, invite-based renting and does not offer filters or targeting based on protected characteristics.
