Rent your home
to people
YOU choose.
Create a private listing, invite the people you trust, and manage bookings and payments in one place. Your guests are sorted into three CLIQs, Family, Friends and Acquaintances, each with its own price. Nobody else can see your home.
Access is the product.
Marketplaces put your home in front of strangers and take a cut. CLIQ.RENT puts it in front of the people you already trust, at a price you choose for each of them.
Private by default
No public listings, no search engines, no browsing. A home is invisible to anyone who has not been invited: it is not indexed, not discoverable, and not visible to neighbors or passers-by. It exists only for the people you choose.
Three CLIQs, your rules
Sort people into Family, Friends and Acquaintances. Move anyone between CLIQs whenever you like.
A price for each CLIQ
Every home gets its own nightly rate and dates per CLIQ. Family can pay less than friends. You decide.
On and off per home
Open the lake house to Friends for July and close it in August. One switch, instantly.
Requests, not paperwork
Guests request to book. You accept or decline, then message them inside the app.
Get paid in the app
Guests pay by Apple Pay or card. Stripe sends 90% straight to your bank, with a receipt for both of you.
One CLIQ, one price, one tap.
Owners open a home to a CLIQ and set what it pays. Guests see only the homes shared with them, at their CLIQ’s price, and request to book from their phone.
- ✓Family, Friends and Acquaintances each get their own nightly rate.
- ✓Invite by email or share a link in iMessage.
- ✓Accept or decline requests, message, and get paid.
Three rings. One home. Your rules.
A CLIQ is a ring of people you trust. The closer the ring, the more nights they can book and the better the price. Every home you own sets its own rate and dates for each ring, and you decide which rings are open.
Your closest people. They see almost every open night, at your lowest rate.
People you know well. A good share of the calendar, at a friendly price.
Trusted contacts and referrals. A handful of nights, at your full rate.
Example: a home with a $1,250 base rate using the suggested discounts. Owners set any numbers they like.
Same home, same month. Each ring sees only the nights you opened to it.
You place each person in one CLIQ. Move them any time, and every home updates.
The lake house and the condo each set their own nightly rate and dates for each CLIQ.
Open a CLIQ to a home for the summer, close it in the fall. One tap.
Keep 90%. Keep it private.
The big marketplaces take 12–15.5% from the host, often charge the guest too, and show your home to everyone. CLIQ.RENT takes one flat 10% when a guest pays, adds only a 3% processing fee on the guest's side, and never shows your home to anyone you did not invite.
One flat fee, taken out automatically. Your guest pays only a 3% processing fee on top of your price.
Airbnb's host-only service fee (2026), taken out of your payout.
Single host commission from 29 Oct 2026 (8% before). Your guest also pays a service fee.
Basis: one guest, a 5-night stay at $1,250 a night, paid by card in the US. CLIQ.RENT takes 10% from the host and a 3% processing fee from the guest, and pays Stripe’s card processing out of those. Airbnb’s host-only fee and Vrbo’s commission are their published rates as of October 2026 (Vrbo’s 12% applies from 29 October 2026) and vary by region, plan and host settings; check their current pricing pages. CLIQ.RENT fees are described in full in the Terms of Service.
Four steps from your phone.
List your home
Add photos, the basics and house rules. Nothing is public. It stays yours until you open a CLIQ to it.
Build your CLIQs

Set price and dates per CLIQ
Family might pay $150 a night in June while Acquaintances pay $210 from August. Flip any CLIQ on or off.
They sign in, they book

Refer a host, earn $100.
Invite a guest, earn $50.
Up to $1,000 in credit toward our 10% fee, earned through December 31, 2026 and good through December 31, 2027. Your guests pay the same price either way; the credit comes out of our side. Every host gets a personal referral link; every guest you invite is already linked to you.
- 1Create your private listing. Your referral link is waiting in your CLIQ manager.
- 2Send the link to other homeowners. When their first guest pays, $100 is yours.
- 3Invite family, friends and acquaintances. Each one who books and pays: $50 off your fees, automatically.
Good questions.
Can anyone browse my home?
No. There is no public search and no public listing page. Homes are never shown on the website, never indexed by search engines, and never shown to anyone outside the CLIQs you have switched on. Someone who has not been invited cannot see that a home exists, let alone its photos, price or dates. Signing in without an invitation shows an empty app.
What exactly is a CLIQ?
A CLIQ is a group of people you trust: Family, Friends or Acquaintances. Each CLIQ gets its own nightly price and available dates on every home, and you can switch any CLIQ on or off per home.
Can the same person get different prices on different homes?
Yes. Their CLIQ is set once per owner, but every home defines its own price and dates for that CLIQ. Your sister might pay $1,500 at the lake house and $1,200 at the condo.
How do guests get access?
An owner invites them by email or shares an invite link. When they sign in with that email, the homes shared with them appear automatically.
What does it cost?
Listing is free. Guests pay in the app by Apple Pay or card, plus a 3% processing fee that covers card processing. CLIQ.RENT keeps a flat 10% of the rental and Stripe sends the rest to your bank — compared with the 15.5% Airbnb takes from a host. There is no subscription, no listing fee and no other service fee.
When does a guest get the address?
After the owner accepts the request and the guest pays. Until then the listing shows the neighborhood only. The same rule applies on every page and in the app.
What if plans change?
Each home shows its cancellation policy (Flexible, Moderate or Firm), so the refund is clear before you book. If the host cancels, the guest gets a full refund. Our fee is charged only on what the host keeps. The details are in Help → Booking and cancellation.
What works today, and what is coming?
Live on the web and on the App Store for iPhone; Android is next. The web app and the iPhone app have listings, CLIQs, invitations, requests, messages and in-app payments today. Nothing on this site describes a feature that does not exist yet without saying so.
How does the Founding Hosts offer work?
Through December 31, 2026, you earn a $100 CLIQ.RENT credit for every homeowner you refer with your personal link who then hosts their first paid stay, and a $50 credit for every guest you invite who completes a paid stay at one of your homes. Each host and each guest counts once, up to $1,000 in total. Credits are applied against CLIQ.RENT’s 10% fee on your later in-app payments through December 31, 2027; they are not paid out in cash and never change what your guest pays. Your link and progress are in your CLIQ manager.
Is my data private?
Yes. Guest profiles are shared only with the owners who invited them, and a home is never shown outside its CLIQs.
Your home. Your people. Your price.
Listing a home takes a few minutes. Invite people whenever you are ready.
