CLIQ.RENT is committed to fair housing. Discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including gender identity and sexual orientation), disability, familial status, national origin, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law has no place on this Platform.

The Platform provides no tools to filter, target, or exclude people based on protected characteristics. Matching considers only property attributes and renter-stated housing preferences such as budget, size, timing, pets, and amenities.

CLIQ.RENT's invite-only design supports genuinely personal rental relationships. It does not exempt anyone from fair housing laws. Owners are responsible for understanding how the U.S. Fair Housing Act, state law, and local ordinances apply to their properties and conduct, including any applicable exemptions and their limits (for example, discriminatory advertising is unlawful even where an ownership exemption might otherwise apply).

If you believe a listing or user has acted in a discriminatory way, use the Report action on the listing or profile, or write to hello@cliq.rent. Reports are logged, reviewed, and may result in removal from the Platform. You may also file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
