Report any listing, user, or message with the in-product Report action — reports are logged and reviewed. Blocking a user stops all contact immediately.
Practical guidance: never pay a deposit before signing a rental agreement you have read; keep communication and payments on-platform so there is a record; confirm the person you meet at a tour matches the owner profile; and trust your instincts — if a deal feels engineered to rush you, slow down.
Payments made through the Platform are processed by Stripe and recorded. Off-platform payment requests from people you do not personally know are a common scam signal — report them.
